Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

At Darling Divine Designs, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with an eligible item, we are happy to consider a return or exchange under the guidelines below.

Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

• Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item because they changed their mind, no longer want the item, or for another reason not caused by Darling Divine Designs.

Return Receipt & Inspection

Returned items must be received by Darling Divine Designs before a refund or exchange can be processed.

Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected to confirm that it meets the requirements of this policy. The applicable refund or exchange will then be processed.

Please do not send an item back without contacting us first and receiving return instructions.

Refunds

For approved returns due to a change of mind, the purchase price of the returned item will be refunded after the item is received and inspected.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow your payment provider's processing time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be available for eligible items, depending on the product and availability.

Because many Darling Divine Designs products are handmade, one-of-a-kind, or available in limited quantities, an identical replacement may not always be available.

For an approved exchange, the original item must be received and inspected before the replacement item is shipped.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Personalized or customized items are not eligible for exchange.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact Darling Divine Designs within 15 days of delivery at darlingdivinedesigns@gmail.com.

Please include your order information and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and assist you.

If the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, Darling Divine Designs will provide return instructions and cover the return shipping cost.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will provide a replacement when available or issue a full refund, including the original shipping cost.

One-of-a-Kind & Handmade Items

Many of our products are handmade and may be one-of-a-kind or available in limited quantities. Because of this, an identical replacement may not always be available for an exchange.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will work with you to determine the best available option.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Personalized or customized items

• Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

• Items returned after the 15-day return period

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please email darlingdivinedesigns@gmail.com with your order information and the reason for your request.

Please wait for return instructions before mailing your item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
