o    Our t-shirts and hoodies are made from high-quality cotton and polyester blends. Our tumblers are stainless steel, and our tote bags are made from durable canvas.

4.    How do I place an order?

5.    What payment methods do you accept?

6.    Can I change or cancel my order?

o    No, we only ship within the United States.

8.    How long will it take to receive my order?

Returns and Exchanges
10.    What is your return policy?
o    We accept returns within 15 days of purchase, unless personalized.  Items must be unused and in their original condition. Please see returns policy.  Please contact us for return instructions.

11.   Can I exchange an item?
o    Yes, exchanges are available for different sizes or colors, unless it is a personalized item, then no.  Please reach out to our customer service team at darlingdivinedesigns@gmail.com to initiate an exchange.

Product Care
12. How do I care for my t-shirts and hoodies?
o    We recommend washing your apparel in cold water and tumble drying on low heat to maintain their quality. 

13.  Are your tumblers dishwasher safe?
o    Please note: To preserve the quality of your tumbler’s design, we recommend handwashing only. Our tumblers are crafted using the sublimation process, which can be compromised by the high heat and harsh conditions of dishwashers. Handwashing ensures the longevity and vibrancy of the design.

14.  How do I clean my tote bag?
o    Our tote bags can be spot cleaned with a damp cloth. For a deeper clean, hand wash and air dry.
